Duplicate Payments In the event of a duplicate payment for a MatrixAlgo membership, we will promptly refund the additional charge. To initiate the refund process, please reach out to our support team at support@matrixalgo.com with evidence of the duplicate transaction.

Refunds
Refunds for MatrixAlgo memberships are not available after the 3-day free trial period expires, except in cases of duplicate payments. All sales are final once the trial period ends.

Free Trial Period
We offer a 3-day free trial for all MatrixAlgo indicator packages. You may cancel your subscription during this trial period without any charges. If you do not cancel within the 3-day trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription.

Renewals
Membership renewals for MatrixAlgox are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and cancel it prior to the renewal date if you no longer wish to continue. Refunds will not be issued for subscriptions renewed due to failure to cancel on time.

Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties preventing you from accessing your purchased indicators within the first 7 days, we may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis. You must contact our support team immediately at support@matrixalgox.com with detailed information about the technical issues.

MatrixAlgox Premium Setup Service

Setup Service Refunds
Refunds for MatrixAlgox premium setup services are not available once the service has been initiated. All sales are final. To ensure you get the most out of your purchase, we provide comprehensive setup assistance and ongoing support for 30 days post-setup.

Educational Materials & Training

Digital Products
All educational materials, trading guides, and training content are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final.

Cancellation Policy
All memberships can be canceled at any time, free of charge. You may submit cancellation requests directly through your account dashboard, via your WooCommerce account settings, or by contacting our support team at support@matrixalgox.com. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Subscription Management
You can manage your subscription, view billing history, and cancel your membership at any time through your MatrixAlgox account dashboard. We also send email reminders 3 days before each renewal.
