1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and MatrixAlgo LLC ("MatrixAlgo," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the MatrixAlgo website, trading indicators, oscillators, educational materials, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, purchasing products, downloading indicators, or accessing our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclaimer.

2. Services Description

MatrixAlgo provides proprietary technical analysis indicators, oscillators, educational content, video tutorials, trading strategies, market analysis, and support services for TradingView, MetaTrader 4, and MetaTrader 5 platforms.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use MatrixAlgo services. You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts and that trading is legal in your country/region.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account. Account sharing is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination.

• Quarterly: $125.95/month
• Lifetime: $490.95/month

5.2 Free Trial

We offer a 3-day free trial for new users. If not cancelled during the trial period, your subscription automatically begins and you will be charged the full monthly subscription fee.

6. License & Usage Restrictions

MatrixAlgo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our indicators for personal trading only. You may NOT resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or share your account with others.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to engage in illegal activities, market manipulation, fraudulent trading, harassment, unauthorized access attempts, or any activities that violate applicable laws and regulations.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MATRIXALGO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, INDIRECT DAMAGES, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months, up to $500 USD.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All indicator algorithms, source code, educational content, trademarks, and logos are owned exclusively by MatrixAlgo and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription anytime. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use indicators is immediately revoked.

12. Changes to Terms

MatrixAlgo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect 30 days after notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY. You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action.
